With over 30 years of experience in various aspects of banking and mortgage lending, Adam has a comprehensive understanding of these industries and as a recruiter he leverages this knowledge to benefit his clients. His search practice is focused on executive management, capital markets, compliance and operations, recruiting and placing people from high level single contributor roles to C Suite Executives.
Prior to forming Consiglio-Mattei Executive Search Group (CM Executive Search Group), Adam held various management positions within the mortgage and banking industries. Valued for the breadth of his experience, Adam served as President of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Professionals on two separate occasions and for nearly ten years he was the Legislative Chairperson for the same organization, working closely with regulators, legislators, consumer advocacy groups and other business leaders in an effort to protect and advance the interests of the mortgage business. In addition he served as a delegate for several years to the National Association of Mortgage Professionals working closely with industry leaders from around the country to promote and protect the interests of the industry on a national level.
