We are seeking a proven leader with a successful track record of managing end to end production and operations teams for a full service retail mortgage banking organization to fill the newly created position of Mortgage Division President. In this role you will be responsible for leading the mortgage division of a well established and sizeable community bank that originates in excess of $1 billion annually in residential mortgage loans. Past experience must include full P&L responsibility and comprehensive oversight of production, operations, capital markets and compliance in a mortgage banking environment.
