Description:

We are seeking candidates for the position of Director of Loan Servicing for a well established lending institution that has been in business over 20 years and originates in excess of $3 billion in residential mortgage loans annually.

In this role you will be responsible for developing the Loan Servicing Department from the ground up. Experience in the following areas is required:

• Five years of loan servicing management in either a sub-serviced or direct servicing environment. Loan types FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA
• Comprehensive knowledge of loan servicing compliance regulations
• Default servicing and loss mitigation
• History of building out a loan servicing department or comprehensively augmenting an existing loan servicing department
