Description:

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Compliance Specialist II for one of our Mortgage Banking Clients, a nationwide retail, wholesale and correspondent lender.

For this role we are seeking applicants with a minimum of three years of active mortgage compliance experience. A Compliance Analyst or Mortgage QC background is preferred.

In this position you will be monitoring and testing loan level records for compliance with federal lending related laws and regulations, facilitate the monitoring reviews of work performed by outside vendors and recommend remediation actions of issues discovered in the testing process. The position reports to the Compliance Manager.
